Welcome to the B.R.O. Experience Foundation
Young men and men of color often lack safe spaces to express their feelings and cultivate character. That's where The BRO Experience comes in. We are a community built to empower young men to become impactful leaders. As a platform and partner for purpose, we teach our participants to embrace authenticity, bravery, and meaningful connections. Through transformative programs like our The BRO Project and our Little BRO Programs, we foster the confidence and resilience they need to advocate for themselves and drive positive change in their communities.

How We Do Our Work
The BRO Experience Foundation operates on a CBT-based model (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), helping young men understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, and then guiding them to build responses that support their personal growth.
Thoughts
We focus on exploring young men’s thoughts and experiences in life
Emotions
These young men then examine how these thoughts and experiences shape their emotions
Behaviors
We would then have them excavate whether their responses to these thoughts and experiences support who they are

The Bro Project
The BRO Project is an immersive 9-month journey tailored to empower young men of color, aged 18 to 24, seeking reconnection to community, school, and their greater purpose.

Daddy and Me Project
The Daddy and Me Project is a focus group tailored to helping fathers grow and be supported in their journey of fatherhood. This program provides a safe space to discuss challenges, share experience, and establish a foundation of growth.

The Little BRO Programs
Little BRO Summer Camp and Little BRO Saturdays offer 3rd-5th grader boys a nurturing environment to build literacy, creativity, friendships, and social-emotional skills.

Behind the Bars
Behind the Bars is a music-focused cognitive-behavioral program for middle and high schoolers, using lyrics and poetry to inspire reflection, connection, and growth.

Be Well Bro is a digital wellness platform dedicated to empowering young men of color by providing a safe and inclusive space with articles, resources, and tools focused on mental health, self-care, and community.
